Converting T64E to TA stock appearing

Can it be done economically or would it be better to just get a new turbo. Also, isn't the T64E the same as a 66?

I believe the answer to your one question "Also, isn't the T64E the same as a 66?" is sort of a yes. The T64E uses a 66mm comp wheel, so it is like a T66 in that way.
