Just curious. Blocking off the Coolant line on the bottom of the throttle body is ok to do? Ive read that you dont need this line?
or is it another. this one has antifreeze in it and hooke to the bottom of the TB just makin sure while im goin through this mess.

Yes...it's OK to block off these lines. They were put on from the factory to help aid in cold starts, and to help the car warm up faster. The reason in taking them off is to keep the air entering the throttle body cooler. I believe there are 2 lines on the throttle body though...one on the top and one on the bottom..

If you follow the cooly lines back from the trottle body, they will run to the passenger's side of intake.........on the metal sheild that is located under the up and down pipes. The cooly lines run to the metal lines that run on the sheild. Just run a line from one cooly line port to the other cooly line port on these metal lines. And the ports on the Trottle body can be left open.......not a problem. I had my buddy weld up the metal line ports for me so I wouldnt have to run the little hose to connect everything. Well needless to say my buddy is a welder and he didnt get the ports sealed good enough...........let just say I put my little hose back on and no more cooly leak.................

hey i got mine blocked off with a hose, i sorta just looped them

but i was just curious on this

How did you block off the coolant lines that run over the shield to the water pump

theres gotta be something more creative then some hose to loop them together
