Need opinions: I have a small (5"x11") oil cooler mounted up underneath the battery and I would like to install a fan to help the airflow.
Is it worth looking into the small dia. fans sold by radio shack used for cooling amps and such? I don't have allot of room and the cooler itself is not very big. Are these worth trying? Thanks

DONT waist your time on that fan,,,, I can get you the number for a 6" Spal fan that will fit the oil cooler

Better yet, try a junkyard fan. Lots of mid-engine cars came with small OEM fans to move air into the engine compartment. Check Toyota MR2s and Fieros specifically. I know the MR2s have a small fan mounted inside a duct in one of the rear fenders, I think on the passenger side.
