crank and rods swap???

anyone know if you can use a 4.1 crank and rods in a 3.8 109 block??

As long as its a stock stroke 4.1 you can.

It will require rebalancing, due to the larger pistons in a 4.1. If you weight the pistons out of a stock 109, and then weight the pistons out of the 4.1, they will be different, requiring a re-balance. But, other than that, it will work fine.

my plan is to put the stocky ocky
stuff back in my 3.8 then billet main
arp stud heads/main the 4.1 do
something more out there with it
so i always have a base motor on
hand
