I recently replaced my timing chain and used a guide on gnttype.org. In the guide it tells you to set your cam and crank sensors after the install is finished. It says to search the site for instructions on both, but I could only find instructions for the cam sensor. Is there any special way to set the crank sensor, or do you just put it back the same way you took it out?

It goes back the same way you took it out, but it might need adjustment since you took the crank pulley off.

Loosen the long screw on the aluminum bracket that squeezes the arms holding the sensor in place. The sensor should now slide in and out.

Rotate the crank pulley and while doing so position the sensor to make sure the interrupter rings do not impact the sensor. Aim for an even gap.

Once satisfied with position, tighten the screw on the bracket. Rotate the crank pulley a couple more times to make sure.
