How are you guys keeping the cross over tube from popping off? Will two part epoxy hold it? Or something else?

Are you talking about the 1/4" tubing under the valve body? Mine is press-fit. Just curious, but what symptoms were you experiencing?

There should be a retaining bracket on the bolt for the manual detent roller which holds the signal pipe into the valve body. It
is shown in Figure 7A6-237 of the ATSG 200-4r manual revised
edition.

Well my symptoms were, tranny wouldnt shift under full throttle on the 1-2 shift under full throttle and 2nd was starting to slip. Did a pressure ck and had only 90-100psi in 1st and 2nd with full TV.

I dont think mine ever had that, since someone else had once rebuilt this thing once before i got ahold of it. It also had 2nd gear burned out when i bought it, maybe not having that bracket was the problem the whole time.
