Current rules for turbo size?

I need the current rules for turbo size and would also like to know if a "working" alternator is mandatory.

Here are the current GSCA Rules:

They may be tweaked slightly to get them alligned with the TSO points series. The points series rules are being discussed right now.

Thanks Cal, here is a question in regards to a rule "and the turbo inlet flange within 2" of the stock location".

If someone know's Where do you measure from?

In the link I think it mentioned the face of the head, should also mention a hole to pick up left to right movement, don't know the stock dimensions myself, hopefully you have one to verify it with.
