just want to make sure.i have found a 1988 cutlass(last year rear wheel drive)that these doors will fit ok. thanks in advance jim

Yes, the Cutlass door works just fine. Make sure you look it over real good for rust. I don't know why, but for some strange reason I find more rusted Cutty doors then I do Regals.

No kidding?

The cutlass and regal doors are interchangable?

Is that the only interchangable part between the g-bodies? I am assuming the fenders, hoods and trunk lids don't swap...

Trim pieces also...

The chrome pieces around the windows are the same as the regals. Windshield molding will work too.

does anyone know if its possible to interchange the guts from a manual door into a power door ? and if so, is it easy or better off going to a glass shop.

I have a really mint power door that I want to replace for the one on the buick but the current doors are manual and I'd rather keep them manual.

thanks

Yep, You can do it. The only parts different are the regulators themselves. Everything else is the same. It is a PITA even for someone who has been in the doors before. Not that hard if you a little common sense and some time. Run down to the boneyard and grab some plugs off of a manual window car to plug up the big hole in the door where the wire harness went through. Most G-bodies use them although my 82 Regal didn't for some weird reason.
