dash break light

Any advice on whats happening, when i apply the brakes, the brake light in the dash cluster comes on for just a second then goes out. The brake fluid is right where it is supposed to be. No leaks found.

accumilator ball..mine does the same thing...time for vaccum..:biggrin:

so what exactly goes bad? i think my accumulator ball is bad also, when key on after pumping brakes or while sitting with key on pump runs and runs and runs, drives me nuts and brake light is on, acts like tons of air in the system, bled the s!@# out of it no change!! does this sound like a bad ball?

The diaphragm gets porous and the nitrogen charge leaks out
