dash break light

The dash brake light in the instrument cluster comes on briefly then goes out when the brakes are applied. No leaks found and the fluid is right up. Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to replace your accumulator brake bowl. Odds are while that light is on you have little to no brake pedal feel. Would suggest replacing it before you drive the car at all. Kirbans has them available for $179.
