dash light wiring issues 87gn

I am not getting any dash lights and no power to the inst panel fuse at all.

What could this be? If I power up the gray wire behind the radio I get dash lights

also does anyone have a clear copy of the dash wiring?

It may be the dimmer switch is bad. Power to it is via the brown wire, this originates from the headlight switch.

From the dimmer switch to the INST LS fuse is a dark green wire. Which exits the fuse on the gray wire that runs all over the place.
