dash lights not working

Radio lights come on as well as shifter console, but no dash any suggestions, and Im a newb so were can I find the fuse panel, thanks all

Fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side.

Could be a blown fuse, bad ground,etc.

check the ground near the driver side side kick panel if all the fueses are good
