I wouldn't 100% trust the fuel pressure gauge, when the sender is mounted on the engine like that, in addition to the fuel pulses, can wear out the sender.

What do I need to do?

for now just keep an eye on it, but like all instrumentation, you want to know if it is accurate.

in the log, it looks like your MAF reading is a bit high. So I would try another MAF and see if that helps.

your TPS is a little low at WOT also, it doesn't matter that much, but around here we try to shoot for 4.6 volts or so.

Ok this dat file is after I changed the maf base to 8 then reset the ecm and put about 100 miles on the car. This is the .dat file after all the new changes.

The BLM's are still low, but it won't necessarily hurt anything. I would guess something is causing the MAF to read incorrectly, whether its a bad MAF, or something with the intake plumbing. I don't think I would worry about it if it's running ok.
