Big Congrats to Dave for being the first TSM car in the 9.50's!

Congratulations to Dave, PTE and the DLS guys.

If he can do this with the TSM car I can not wait for them to
turn it up on the stage car!!!

That is just awesome. Anyone have his combo? Is he running the 200r4 or a 400? I looked at the car at the midwest challenge, very nice. Made me want to tear out my A/C!

Congrats Dave, that thing is flying!

Dave mentioned some of his combo a while back and if I remember correctly it's something like this......

-Billet stroker crank
-Forged rods
-JE forged pistons
-Ported GN1 aluminum heads with port matched intake
-Comp roller cam (in the 218 range)
-Precision plenum
-RJC A.D. power plate for the precision plenum
-70MM T.B.
-PTE FM IC
-PT70 GTQ
-TH-400 w/ trans brake
-83lb injectors
-Weldon 2015 fuel pump
-FAST system with Racepak datalogger thingymajig that has EGT probes for each individual cylinder

Joe, please chime in on his combo if I'm wrong about anything!

thats flying, keep the updates coming, how is everyone else doing in that class like Louie , thanks for the info ..................Alan

Joe, by any chance would you know what kind of octane Dave is running in that car?? Seems like some folks think it may be a little more than C16 (117 octane)..... Could it possibly be C23 (119 octane)??

Please let us know:)

As far as I know it has always been C16.

BTW I just posted thread about Daves win at Reynolds.

It is c-16. Ive seen the barrels first hand and watched them fuel thier cars from those barrels.

Cool thanks for letting me know...... My other guess if it wasn't C23 and it wasn't C16 was going to be VP AIR RACE (the other blue fuel) cause that is said to be the highest rated octane that VP sells (think it is like 120 octane or so).....

I thought I read somewhere that the RJC plate is restrictive?

Dave that car is amazing, let alone your guys tuning abilities.

Good job, line up that TA block.
