Im going to school at Spartan School of Aeronuatics and Technology for NDT/NDI and Quality Control. It will take me a year to get done with it, but will be well worth it in the end. I will come out as a level 2 in regular pipe inspection/quality control and the nuclear side of things.

Ive done this job field for along time and never got certified in it. After last weeks accident and all I decided to pursue this job field its a little bit safer and pays a hell alot better.

I will be building something nasty upon grad. Im looking forward to getting it done and working again.

That is the smartest thing I have read on the board in a while....

Sometimes it just takes a good stabbing to figure it out.............

Good luck

Man I got to do something Im only 24 and well there isnt no future where im at unless its the bar scene and that almost killed me. So this is the alternate and I have done it before and now going to get certified to make a butt load of money.

Good school, I got accepted into the pilot program there back in 2001, but it wasn't in the cards. Ended up joining the Navy instead. I think the only areonatical school that is comparable to that is Embry Riddle and that really will cost and arm and a leg. The only downside is that it's in Tulsa. ;)

Spartan has been around forever, and from what I hear has a pretty solid reputation. Smart move for your future brother. Sometimes it is easier to NOT take that big step forward into uncertainty, but when you do, you are better for it. Good luck!

Yea, you only live once so learn from your mistakes!
