hello people; I'd say that's a hot rod. I like it.

PS; I believe it comes just like that. It's basically a race car.

Definitely has a cage, but, with full on race car, why even have the lights (you never even see the tailights come on). Either way, that's one bad mofo and it certainly sounds the part too.

Now everyone that asks how much does it cost to run 9s, tell them whatever that dodge costs.

It's not a Demon. I saw some footage of this race between Leah Pritchett and Papa John. Needless to say Papa John forgot his alarm clock and got worked over.

hello people; WTF it's not a Demon? Funny after watching that video I told my Mopar nut at worked about it he looked at me funny as I was not right. Well then? I guess I have not seen the real Demon? The come back from my Mopar nut was "the passenger seat is an option"

Well, I guess, we'll find out tomorrow? However, I think 750h.p. V6 and Buick Mike may be right, as I'm not sure that's it! Unless they have different hoods (and I'm not sure that I haven't seen that)? But, the race car in the video doesn't match the images that are posted all around. Now that doesn't mean this isn't one, just that it doesn't look like most of the images out there.

An excerpt from the link about the double cooler:

The supercharged Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, controlling the intake air temperature is crucial to extracting maximum performance. To accomplish this, Dodge gave the Demon a liquid-to-air charge air cooler. But that's not all: In Drag mode, the Demon uses the air conditioning system to chill the charge air cooler. It's a world-first feature in a production car, and Dodge says it can achieve a reduction in intake air temperature of up to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Dodge says it's "enough to make the engine perform like it is running in the cold Alaskan air, even after a day of runs down the strip on a hot summer day." We figure it means you won't have to bring giant bags of ice to put on your car's charge air cooler and intake tract between drag runs or dyno pulls.

More images here, but, it's about to be unveiled so we'll see.

The 757 everywhere (see clock / screen) is a hint to its horsepower.

No doubt!!

First ever drag radials and trans brake on production car; lifts the front tires in first and second to gears?

Goes from 0 to 30 mph in 1 second, from 0 to 60 in 2.3 seconds; 0 to 100 mph in 5.1 seconds.

Car pulls 1.8 G's on Launch [emoji573] (most ever in production car)!

Car has 140 mph trap speed with a 9:56 et.

It does all this with 840 horsepower, 770 pound feet of Torque.

Which got it banned from NHRA competition? Dayuuummmm!!! Dats da bomb!!

hello people; That's quit a add for the Demon. And it's all that. So who's going to be an owner? I'll bet Jay Lenno might want one.
