Kind of. The guy at precision told me that instead of making it bigger, i need to focus on electrical stuff first. I just need the damn turbo rebuilt. it is show to hell. Why not just go big with the stock housing and be done with it, instead of getting it rebuilt, and then later on sending it back in to get redone to a bigger size. Seems stupid to me.
Now, im guessing a ta53 or ta54 is a little stronger than a ta60, but how bad is the lag on one of those? ALso, how big of fuel injectors would you guys use? obviously i would need a new fuel pump and hot wire kit. What else exactly? How much pressure could i run on the new turbo compared to the stock one until i could get a good tune?
