Found a vac leak in back of the intake, going to map sensor, My turbo oil drain hose was to long, letting oil get sucked thro PCV. (valve cover breather is going back to the INTAKE!)_ Hate the breather now! Replaced all hoses with slicone, new plugs, PCV, Car runs great. THANK YOU GOD! MY only question is the Oil drain Gourment gasket, where can I get a New one, I still have a oil leak(drip, on the crossover) just can find the leak, tighten the valve covers,no luck.

BTW a big can of MMO(MARVEL MYSTERY OIL) help clean off the carb build up,

Here ia a few words of advice-zip tie every vacuum hose on the whole engine. The oil leak is probably the valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket or rear main seal. The only way I know that will show you where the leak or leaks is the engine dye method. Put the dye in the oil and drive the car for a hundred miles or so any put the floressant under the engine. The leak will show up. No guess work at all. Good luck. Brad

Brad...."I would follow you into the mists of Avalon if that's what you mean" I will take your advice on the zip ties, weird cuz i have a pack in the car. As for the leak, i agree on those places and dye method. how about the Turbo drain hose gourment? Where can i get one, i remember a post not long ago that had a site that sold it new. MInd you I did replace the valve cover gasket with felpro silcone with Hi temp gasket maker (just to stick very little) Should i use cork gaskets? I have the rear main seal, is that hard to change out? The oil pan can come off without lifting the motor, I was told. I also have the pan gasket, might as well do it right all at once right.

I saved the post on the turbo drain grommet and can look it up. I tried ordering one and smelled a ID theft set-up and backed out. I will look it up later and give you the info. I would do the oil leak dye first and find out where the leak is. I thought for sure my leak was the rear main seal and it really was the pan gasket. Talk to you later. Brad
