I just put in a Speedhut tachometer and plugged the signal wire into that green connector right near the back of the alternator, as I had seen on here before. Problem is, when I compare it to my Scanmaster rpm reading, the speedhut gauge is about 25% lower rpm. Just by ear I can tell that the speedhut gauge is reading pretty low, especially as you get higher in the RPM's. Is there a different wire I should be hooking into to get a correct signal?
