Digital Dash - Fubar

I'm afraid to ask, but -
are the digital dashes in 87 GNs interchangeable with others off of Regals?
I took the faceplate and "surround" off of mine today, and everything is shot. All the plastic mounting plates for the screws have been glued. No air duct going to the vent below the stearing column. It's a mess.
What to do? Should I just shoot it?
The gauge stuff works fine. --- At least it did.

Digital dashes interchange between all 84 to 87 Regals and 81 to 85 Rivieras. The face plates or dials may be different but the guts(displays) are all the same. With some skill and TLC you can swap them out in about 1 hour.
