Direct Scan 1.5 Version- I only have the interface box and ribbon. No disk or computer cable. I believe the software can be loaded up somewhere and the cable can be purchased cheaply at any computer store . $60 shipped

The patent answer is NO, windows 98 SE or older, .....but..... mine works with xp if I reboot to dos and start it up there.... and I can view my logs in windows xp with no problem... I don't know why, as I'm the only one I know that has had it work with xp.... I wouldn't 'expect' it to work with xp though... just fyi...
