Directions for a Colyes double roller

Has anyone got a set of install directions for a Colyes double roller timing set? It has 3 markings on the crank gear, a circle, a rectangle and a triangle. One is straight up, one is 4* retard and the other is 4* advance. I’ve misplaced my directions and for the life of me can not remember what was the straight up marking.

That kind of helps, I think....Only problem is I don't have the "Y" mark like in the instructions but I do have the "triangle" and the "0" marks.
