Bought a used directscan and it didn't come with the disk. I down loaded the newest version from the web site, when I open it everything is fine but on the main screen it says the parallel port is not available, so when I plug it in it says directscan hardware not found. I'm using it on a compaq armada 1750 with win. 2000.
How do I get it to work?
