Do I have a failing coil pack or something else?

Still running strong with my buddy's replacement ignition module and coil pack. Drove the car to OC, MD for the Endless Summer Cruise Oct. 4th through the 8th...150 miles each way...cruised all weekend and back home without any issues...total about 450 miles!
