Do I Need New Speakers?

I tried that but they all fell apart when I ran the 4 gauge + and - directly from the battery for more bass out of the 3 1/2s.

did your dash trim panel fit with boston speakers surface mounted??? i know i have to bottom mount my Polk Audio....

I was worried about that after reading on here but my fit just fine. My dash panel is a little warped from the sun though. So I don't know how a perfectly straight one would do.
