do i need to replace the turbo O-rings??

my cars all torn apart and I was wondering if it was necessary to replace the turbo O-Rings...and if so do i replace the upper or lower or both?? thanks

I'd do both

I'd do both while it's apart. Why not? Just one less part to go back and replace. Heat takes it's toll over time. John Craig has both. One of them seems harder to find than the other.
