Does any one make door skins

Someone tried to steal my 86T and ruined the area around the door lock, looking for a door skin or patch panel to fix the mess before I paint the car

Take it to a bodyshop and see if its repairable. Same thing happened to me

Great Start

and they have the bottom panel but if I could find a full skin I'd be better off.
It's easier to replace the whole skin than seam a piece in place.

Is there any truth to that if you reskin a door with patch panels, that it makes the doors weaker?

I do not believe so, problem with a patch is the finish time to get one right.
A complete skin is simply a easier, cleaner, etc., job.
You can also refinish the inside at this point without the old skin in place.

It's hard to believe NOBODY has this particular G/Body part.
If so, I can't find it...

I had to have mine replaced

The lady across the street from me backed into my car while it was parked on the street- dunno how she didn't see it- and I had to have the door skin replaced. I think GM still has them- I think that's who the body shop got them from. BEWARE of aftermarket ones, they can be cheaper, thinner, non-rust proofed steel.
