Does it make more sense to have the WG pressure signal coming from the manifold and not the standard nipple located on the turbo on a Hot Air?

Seems to me that the stock location of the boost nipple on the turbo is not the most desirable. I am sure someone tried it already and wondering what the results are.

Good try

It really doesn't matter. I prefer off the intake. Once it becomes pressureized it doesn't matter.

Thanks Lee. Just thought that during the initial boost build-up the WG activation would be a bit delayed as compared to the OEM set-up ...... the WG should then start to activate untill the intake/engine sees the true boost ......... in theory, true boost should be up faster (like by 0.01 second)
