Does the ECM control trans shifts?

I got the TT street chip and noticed that the car is not shifting the same after. Specifically the 2-3 shift....it got much slower and seems to hang between gears longer than it should. No adjustments were made to the tv cable. I did set the TPS and IAC though.

No,It only controls lock up

You must be overly sensitive to changes in the way it drives.....cause the chip can only effect the way the tranny shifts..... if you install it inside the converter
