door hinge pin and bushing kit

How do you remove the top pin without removing the entire hinge? Looks like a lip on top of the pin??? Thanks, R.B.

i used big bolt cutters and had a friend hold the door so it dont fall

cut it in half with a dremel tool, a die grinder or a saw of some sort-----pull the upper half out the top and the lower out the bottom-------some advice-----cut it with minimum burrs or else it will be difficult to remove..........RC
