You can get a flange from here DPs and Exhaust have a good exhaust guy fab you up a pipe, should be cheaper then 500$. I found me a 2.5'' downpipe from 86/87 GN with a turbonetics deltagate. I'm gonna get the shop guy to fab me up a DP,post pics later. I know 2.5 isn't hardcore 3'' or 3.5'' DP but its better then stock elbow 2''

^^^ What he said. I got a stainless one off a member here and it's a 3". After the turbo gets back to me I'll do initial fitting for the down pipe so it can be fabbed up. I have just about everything I need to do it except the block off plate so I can go external. RJC has it for $35 if I remember right so I can start with internal and then go external.

My DP I got from a IC TR owner, already setup for external wastegate(blocked flange) I plan to mount the wastegate on the UP pipe. Then either dump it out or shoot it to the DP. Which sounds better? This looks kinda of cool, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FLEX...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Just weld the thread on to the DP(cut a hole, weld it there) but i like ebay items but sometimes no, now sure on this, just found it ha

Don't even think about using that flexable stuff on our cars. The system can get as high as 1600 degrees and it won't hold up for long. I plan on making a new up pipe first so it will flow better. Then mount the beginnings of the down pipe to the outlet and fabbing the down pipe itself. Seeing how it works first, and then doing the external to keep boost creep out of the system. Everything will be stainless and solid when I'm done with it. Any flex won't hold the waste gate in place so there would be issues with a flexable tube if you try and use one.

Click on the second link in my sig and subscribe. It will give you a little better idea of what I'm up to. I'll be showing the fabrication of the down pipe in it when everything is put back together.
