DP external -vs- internal wastegate

Am thinking of selling my current THDP w/internal wastegate and going with an external billet adjustable wastegate (ie ATR). What are some pros and cons to this swap and best current suppliers of DP W/gates. Is ATR still in business? Can't get them to answer by phone.

Internal Less expensive, works well, can be adjustable up from minimum setting.

External More expensive, all the above features, but with quicker spool and more boost controll both up and down.
