Drag radials for 16" GNX wheels

I'm having a hard time finding a drag radial in a 16" wheel...Nitto makes a 245/50/16 while BF Goodrich makes a 255/50/16 but both of those are 26" tall tires...I'm looking for a 28" tire...am I just SOL? My 265/50/16 BF Goodrich Radial T/As just aren't cutting it anymore as far as traction!

I run the BFG 255/50's, and have pulled a best 60' of 1.68. SSM bars, air bags, boxed uppers, all the other usual body braces, and such......If you want to run a taller tire I would go with a bias ply to take full advantage of side wall action.

I have a set of 16" rims that I run the BFG's for the street, then a set of 15" rims that I have my Hoosier quick time pros for the track....
