A friend local to me has a GT500 w/Kenne Bell huffer on it and puts 712 to the tire and he insisted I drive it. OMG that thing is sick!:eek: 1/2 are useless at 1/2 throttle. Rolling in 3rd at 3k it will go sideways if you don't roll into it. Now 17# on the Buick is slow! lol

Those things react very well to modifications.

He owns modularfords.com and worked for SCT. He tunes a butt load of cars and just opened up his own dyno shop 20 miles from me.

That is the one.:biggrin: He was grilling out yesterday evening and invited us over. Test drive was a bonus. My son said it was too fast, really sick fast but he liked it!

how much for a dyno run or two?:confused: find out for us Doug.

Me and Neek may make reservations to go over there, boy i hate to go over there with all them mustangs surrounding me like sharks breathin down my throat.:eek: I sure wish you or Danny Ray was coming Neeko MAY OR MAY NOT GO. Then i'd have to go over there get my pull & check out like a scalded dog. And hear all sorts of rumors man we ran that buick outta here.

You know the guy Neeko bought the blue Turbo -T from now has a twin turbo mustang over there ol Eric better watch out.
 
is that the one Brad Brand tuned and help build? I saw him dyno one when he tuned it @ 714hp

mine put down 640 that day...

That is Donnie Gilders TT Stang, 6.35 and its driving over the converter. Talked to him sat night too. He's getting a lower stall. Just keep trying him. I may use a sick day and go.

It is stock except for the KB blower,exhaust, and some rear suspension mods. Eric tuned it himself.
 
We have one we did for a customer that has nothing but exhaust, an upgraded heat exchanger, cold air, the Whipple monoblade throttle body and a different pulley that made just over 600 at the wheels. Those cars are sick but theyre so freaking heavy.

He does have the BIG tb also but has a big pulley on the blower to limit the boost to around 17#. They are bad ass but you gotta have traction and be on your game rowing the gears!:D

Here in Gainesville, Florida; Rollins Speed Shop has a drive on dyno and they charge $75.00-$100.00/hour. So you can tune and test.



My friend has a 66 Chevelle putting 675 hp to the ground and it is sick fast too but what's the point when you can't drive them because they slide all over all the time. I know it sounds good to be able to spout off those big numbers but at what point are they useless on the street? You can't hammer on it anymore. I guess I'm gettin old.

I'm only making around 625 at the crank and it is a handfull as well as being useless when wet.
