Thinking of changing the fuel system in my car. New Feed, New Return, external regulator, champion rails

Was wondering how import it is if any to make the lines from the Y block to the fuel rails the same length?

Also from the Exit of the rails to the Regulator the same length?

I would guess it wouldn't matter since the system is under pressure but i also was thinking it might matter to get equal flow to each side keeping everything the same length.

Thoughts?

It will have ZERO effect. Maybe on initial start up one side will be lean for a second, but after that nothing. I guess in theory it could make a difference with NASA certified measuring equipment, but then again most likely not.We are running 10.0's @136+ on modified stock lines. I removed all the Saginaw fittings but use the stock supply and return. How fast are you running. We ran 10.13 on STOCK lines and single Walbro 340 w/dual nozzle alky. (pump gas, too.) Before I modified the lines.

looking to go E85 so want a good fuel system. would rather run new lines then mess with the old ones myself.
