Dura-Bond tech bulletin on cam bearing clocking

Dura-Bonds recommendation is different from what I thought optimal clocking would be?
For some reason 3-6 o-clock was what I thought......

Interesting, I wouldn't think it would make much difference when the block is grooved. Hmmm..

FWIW I ended up clocking around 10 and slightly lower than 2 with the stock style Dura-Bond due to limited clocking options .

One thing that may make this more of a blanket bulletin rather than specific to our needs is the fact that we have dual slotted feed holes rather than a single.

I ended up trying to catch the areas that were consider "Good" in the graph and called it a day. I have to wonder how two wedges of oil entering the bearing may affect their finding.
