Dynamic seal back plate bore size

Anyone know the bore size on a dynamic seal back plate, I am rebuilding my turbo and want to bore
my stock plate.Changing to a 360 deg thrust bearing with the 0.487 high thrust collar.

Is this a small shaft e cover back plate?

Its the stock 86-87 TR backplate, I will have to press in a bushing ,then bore it to size as there will only be about a .200" cross section after machining the stock plate.

I have a cast one here that measure .520" on the bearing housing side and .502" on the compressor wheel side with the chamfer in the middle.
