im trying to do some work on dyno sim, but i cant figure out specs on my turbo.
i need numbers for a te44
surge flow
island flow
efficiency
pressure ratio
if you use dyno sim you know what im talking about. thanks guys

thanks, thats cool, but at what points of the graph do i go off of? im not too sure how to get my numbers from that, if anyone knows, a little education would help alot! thanks

BTW, this only applies to stock cubes which I assume you have. If not tell me what CI's your motor is and I can develop a custom chart and e-mail it to you.

thanks, my engine is stock as hell. i did figure out how to get the numbers i need, but that is alot easier for sure. ive been working on it, and i think this program is pretty damn accurate. now all i need is stock cam specs. im set up with a 268/268 right now, but i want to put the stock cam in there, but i need either the intake or exhaust centerlines to input the data correctly. by the way, does anyone else out there use the new dynosim?

i dont think that graph for the T04E-60 is as close as we think. its topping out at about 45lb/min, and im pretty sure the te44 will push closer to 60lb/min. my calculations have a LC2, at 85% efficiency, 5000rpm, and 24lbs, about 55lb/min, wich i find reasonable.

The TE44 is rated at 565 crank hp according to PTE. That is about ~51 lbs/min. The T04E is rated at 50lbs/min according to turbonetics and the compressor map. That is pretty close. The next step up would be a TS04, which flows 55 lbs/min.
