Can i mix these together say 10 gal of 91 and maybe 4 or 5gal of E85 and be safe car is a stock hotair

Some pump gas already has 10%. I don't see much of a benefit to diluting it.

my car runs well on the mixed fuel. Just make sure you can tune for it. Don't get too agressive with it, but it makes a good street fuel.

I really dont have anything to tune with just figuring a little more octane would be better for the motor
for example 10 gal of 91 equals 910 and if E85 is 105 octane 5gals equals 525+ 910= 1435 divided by 15
equals 95.6 octane or am i going about this all wrong would it be to lean.

It will feel different if you do a 50/50 mixture. You will need to be able to add more fuel to the tune for wide open throttle or it will be too lean! Get a chip with adjustable parameters and a scan tool before you really start putting pressure on the car.

be careful if you plan to run wot .I ran the 1/4 on a 30% e85 and 93 octane pump. The car ran lean at 19 lbs of boost and i got to buy some new headgaskets. You need to be able to add more volume somehow ,octane is fine but more flow is needed.

I just started running 50% e85 and 110. I added 15% to the air correction and it feels fat. EGT shows fat.
Running 26psi.

In Minnesota you should be able to find a 93 octane with 10% ethanol. Run that. The 93 will help over the 91, and the 10% ethanol should not change the A/F enough to cause problems. Plus it will be consistent.

I mixed 6/5 with my Talon this summer, was pretty awesome. I'd consider 5 gallons of E85 and always topping off with 93 etc. Then take home a 5 gallon jug, or two like I do, and keep it consistent. I'd also grab one of those E85 purity testers since us Northerners change Ethanol % as the weather cools and warms. Consider an AEM wideband in the cockpit to keep tabs on what's happening.

This is my second summer of running 2 gallons of 91 octane(no ethanol) with 1 gallon of e85. It definitely helps with the knock in comparison to straight 93 octane (with up to 10% ethanol). One of these days I need to hook up my turbolink and check the numbers and play with the translator and extender chip settings.
