Let me ask this.... is there a benefit to using the rjc boost controller? Seems like an inconvenience to have to unhook the airlines to make an adjustment. Are there better options, perhaps with stronger springs out there?

I dont have an rjc, but i have a manual boost controller that i basically tighten a knob and it increases the boost.

Yeah, the rjc has a knurled thumb screw that turns the entire upper fitting (with the airhose attached) separate from the lower fitting (with the other air hose attached). Therefore, to prevent twisting them, one must be removed and reinstalled after adjustments are made. Miniscule, I know... but the others aren't like this, and it's seemingly unnecessary. I may just switch to a different one.
