Easy trans wiring question

In the pan on the bottom of the valve body there is a few white wires and one black that connects to a switch at the front of the trans just in front of the TV hookup. This switch has 2 wires coming from it one red and one black. Trans had a rebuild.I dont know what the switch is called but the wires have twist locks on them and I cant remember but I think it was black to black and red to white???????? does it really matter there? Thanks for any help. I dont want to put fluid back in till I find out for sure.

That is the way it's supposed to be

The switch you mentioned is the lock up solenoid. It's a replacement solenoid by either rosta or fitz-all and is a direct replacement for the problem plagued stocker.

Thanks, I confirmed i wired it correctly and the t brake is awesome.
