ECM question for all ya'll 3.8 4bbl swap guys

which ECM did you use? can i use my 3.8 one?

I haven't done the swap myself, but I think you should be able to use the 3.8's ECM with no problems. But, if you can get the 4.1's ECM for free/cheap, I think it would be worth trying both and seeing which performs better. The 4.1's ECM may be programmed a little differently. Swapping them is very easy.

i woud get the ECM but listen to this.... the kid said i could have it all for 40$, carb, intake , and ECM. so now he says he has to charge me an extra 75$ for the ECM so ima just use mine.

you can go to a junk yard and get a computer for 35.00.so just tell the guy to keep the ecm.
