egr delete

hey there friends,i was wondering about blocking off the egr on the driver side,i have no cat,60lbs injectors,tt from eric,hot wired, translator, 3"down oil,water,air/fuel wideband,knock and boost gauges.so my ? is what conditions do you need to block that thing off its all clogged with carbon thank you guys, chris

Do it. I think all of Erics chips delete the egr function anyhow.

Is there any benefit to removing the parts since its rendered non operational in the chip?

X2. Remove it. I think it's not functional with the TT chip. I remember reading somewhere that at higher boost levels that it can actually become a source for a vacuum leak. Blocked mine off several years ago.

Earl- how much of an effect on center of gravity would a small drink have on the left side of the center console cup holder? Should I offset it with one of equal weight on the right side? TIA.
