EGR provisions

Since I have my engine out and apart is it worth getting rid of the EGR stuff? Like having the lower intake milled and the DH milled and a block of plate? Or should I not worrie about it? I am shooting for a low 11 sec drive anywhere type of car.

Unless you have to pass emissions then loose it. The EGR stuff doesn't really do anything anyway.
