I have seen a power glide that was electronically shifted using an MSD RPM chip.

Can a Turbo 400 be converted to electronic shift too?

If so, who makes the kit?

Dedenbear and ACI both make a kit for doing such a thing. It will involve an RPM switch and a electric or air activated solenoid.
