Engine builder in Portland, OR?

Howdy,
Is there a skilled, dependable, reputable, etc. Buick turbo engine builder in the Portland area? I was planning to do it myself and I have most of the parts but I want to make sure everything is done right. (I've rebuilt a few SBC's in my time but that's it)
