Engine builders in or near Minnesota?

Sometime in the next year or two I just might sell a kidney so that I can have an engine built- these things ain't cheap and I want to know I'm paying for quality.
Can someone recommend a trusted builder in or near Minnesota or one who would ship to MN? I'm just looking to get in contact and start making plans realistically for next fall.
