Just a followup here to what might have been causing my high rpm stutter...
I just recently bought one of Casper's "CCCI Ignition Simulators"

I found out that one of my colipack/module combos had a bad module, and the other had a bad coil pack. Prior to that I though were good!
Best $100 I've spent in a LONG time. Everyone should have one of these or at least know someone who does.
