Equally weak spark across all 6 plugs/wires

I tested a new plug screwed into a spare head and sat the head on top of my engine (so I could see) while I cranked the car with the fuel pump unplugged. I ran each corresponding cylinder wire to the plug to check spark. what would cause all 6 plugs to have weak crappy orange/yellow spark rather than the big snappy blue spark?

It's a "waste spark" system, so whichever coil fires, both plugs on that coil fire simultaneously. That could be what you're seeing...

I could understand if saw that on 2 of 6 wires but all 6? im not running one tower to 6 plugs im running 6 towers to one plug

Put two plugs into your spare head, then wire each to a side of the same coil.
Also, how is your spare head grounded? Hint.
