error code 31 blowing ecm/sol fuse

error code 31, checked ecm/sol fuse, it's blown.

replace fuse, test drive, error code 31, another blown fuse.

replace wastegate solenoid, replace fuse, test drive, error code 31, another blown fuse

ideas and suggestions?

what else does ckt 339 feed?

That fuse rns a lot of stuff. TCC solenoid through the brake switch, canister purge solenoid, waste gate solenoid, EGR vacuum control regulator, and the A/C cutout relay
